Michael C. Blassingame is President and Owner of IMSA, LLC. He served 20 years in the US Army (1974 -1994). Later he held several prestigious jobs with Federal Government Contracting Companies such as ITT Corp., DS2 (affiliated with Lockheed Martin), Lear Siegier, Ranger Land System and the latest with DynCorp in Iraq. His thorough job performance made him excel on networking with other contracting jobs in the Middle East. He became a Director of Training with "Supply on Demand, LLC" and partnered with them to-supply eligible candidates, ready to fill positions for government awarded contracts. His operations responsibilities run the program planning, budgeting and execution to quality control and safety, along with ensuring legal contracts and procedures are align with the business His experience in government and civilian services ensures that each client receives the highest quality of service.

Supervisor Instructor May, 1996 to January, 2001

Served as Program Manager January 2001 to November, 2003 and performed the duties for Central Texas College. Led the development, implementation, and evaluation to the instructors Training programs with Central Texas College. Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of the requirements of the Contract with the Department of the Army and the Combined Arms Training Center (CATC) support. Prepared annual summary reports to the Contracting Officer Representative Technical Advisor (CORTA) and The Department of the Army for future changes to the program and Courses.

Severed as the Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck Maintenance Program Manager/Lead Instructor for the (HEM-311) Maintenance Training course contract from May 1996 to October 2003 and Taught over 1000 Soldiers with Central Texas College for (USAR) United States Army Europe Seventh Army Training Command, Combined Arms Training Center (7thATC). For the Army, Air force, Navy, Marines, civilians and all foreigner’s in Europe and other countries.

Recruited new Instructors, conduct interviews for other (MD-310) contracts and (HEM-311)
contract, performed all Human Resource responsibility for both contracts.

Was a M1A1 and Bradly Instructor, Maintenance Supervisor, Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
with Central Texas College for the MD-310 course from August 1997 to October 2003 also
became Employee of the year in 22 January 1999.
