International Management Staffing Agency, LLC was established by minority veterans in December, 2008. We are a nationally recognized federal contract staffing firm in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); therefore, our focus are serving the needs of the United States government, state, local, and private sectors to provide the best and eligible candidates for their staffing needs. We represent top qualified applicants across every industry of vehicle maintenance, education and training, logistics, constructions, warehouse, janitorial, transportation, office administration and security.
Mr.Blassingame the (CEO)/Owner of the business have 20 years of experience in management and human resource and retired 20 years from the US Army and has been contracting for over 20 years with different major company's overseas and the United States
We serve emerging companies from a wide variety of industries especially defense and government contractors. These companies hire contract employees for the various programs including overseas jobs.
To broaden (IMSA) scope and help clients meet their hiring goals, (IMSA) recruit to special audiences, such as military veterans and spouses, seniors, minorities, the disabled, and those with niche skills. (IMSA) receives several positive feedbacks among candidates who were successfully interviewed and screened by (IMSA) recruiters. (IMSA) eligible candidates are guaranteed "ready to work", and should clients not be satisfied with their performance within the first 90 days, (IMSA) guarantee replacement to fill the position immediately at no additional cost.
