Essential Job Duties
•You will use your training and experience to perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with the company and factory standards.
•Diagnose cause of malfunctions and perform repairs using state-of-the-art technology.
•Perform vehicle repairs within your current skill level in drivability, heavy, and maintenance.
•Use your expertise to recommend further safety or service work needed.
•Utilize computer systems to document all work performed.
•Road test vehicles as required.
•Base hourly compensation + bonuses based on productivity.
•Depending on your skill level, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.
•Paid relocation package to assist you and your family in relocating to Grand Forks, ND.
•Paid technical school training and a comprehensive factory training program.
